The GoRow Philosophy – Garlates
Each GoRow class is different. One class integrates boxing, another yoga, and then another pilates. We developed a routine that incorporates a little of everything called Garlates. This class integrates all facets of exercise for the most beneficial and effective workout around. It’s the perfect blend of the best cardio exercise mixed with all the best strength training and coordination exercises. When rowing every member of the class must count on each other or risk failure. We are bringing that same energy into our workout. Every class has one perfect goal: and that is that the whole class, start and finish together.
