The GoRow Workout
Exercise Physiologist Garrett Roberts has created the GoRow Workout: a distinctive combination of collegiate circuit rowing and full body fat burning exercises. One of the biggest problems that people run into when exercising is repeating the same workout over and over again. When this happens your body gets used to the workout and it stops making progress. Your body figures out a way to complete the workout using the least amount of energy. This causes your body to plateau and in turn you see less results. At GoRow, we developed a workout to give you the ultimate fitness alternative.
GoRow classes are like group personal training sessions that allow each person to be given individualized attention. There are only 10 rowers in the studio, and next to each rower is an exercise mat with a set of dumbbells that range from 5 to 33 lb. Each class starts with several minutes of vigorous rowing on our signature Waterrowers. Then each member of the class moves on to perform a weight training circuit. At the end of the circuit class members return to the rower, and alternates back and forth for 4 sets, maximizing the amount of calories expended in an hour.
